SenaiWoman’s Shoulder Scarf
Jontona is one of the village huddled along the north coast of Lembata. The people of this area consist of land based clans who work together to farm the sides of the mountains.
This textile called Senai is made with natrual dyes and woven with handspun threads. It is worn for special occasions as a shoulder cloth.
