Cushion CoverTraditional Textiles
This cushion is made up of a traditional woman’s sarong woven called Ei Ledo. This is the ceremonial dress of women from the hubi iki or Lesser Blossom descent group. The motifs in the wide bands are specific to each hubi, and sometimes to smaller kinship divisions called wini, or “seeds.”
These handmade natural dyed cushions would be exquisite on a couch, chair or bed.
